My Productive Morning Routine
How I start your morning sets the tone for My entire day. A simple, productive morning routine can boost my energy, focus, and overall well-being. Here's how to craft one:
1. Prioritize sleep: Always I sleep for at least 7-8 hours. It's necessary to gain energy in the mind and body .
2. Wake up Early: Waking up early in the morning gives me refreshment. The twittering of birds makes my morning so charming.
4. Move my Body: I do a quick stretch and yoga session. It can energize and release endorphins to enhance focus.
5. Healthy breakfast: I usually complete my breakfast with omelette and green tea.
6. Skincare: I do my morning skincare everyday. I start from a gentle cleanser, then apply a vitamin- c serum , moisturizer and end up with sunscreen.
7. Gardening: I have a small flower garden on my balcony. I regularly water them. It feels so soothing to stare at them . I enjoy a cup of coffee while gardening.
8. Study : I complete my homeworks in the morning with a fresh mind. I also enjoy fruit juice while studying.
9.Plan my Day: I Spend 10-15 minutes organizing tasks. Prioritize the top three goals and break them into manageable steps.
10. Stay Consistent :Stick with my routine and make adjustments as needed. Over time, it will become second nature.
