Barishal- the city of peace

 

My hometown Barishal is also called the “City Of Rivers”. It is located on the banks of the Kirtonkhola River and there are also many other rivers near my beautiful hometown. It is surrounded by many natural resources. The road, air, and water everything is so neat and clean. I can breathe peacefully in my hometown because there is no pollution in my city. And the people of Barishal are very friendly and welcoming. Everyone calls us Barishailla monu. Also there are so many famous dialogues of Barishal. Daal a lobon deso is one of them.

On June 23, 2023 I clicked this beautiful picture of Kirtonkhola River from 30 godwon. 30 godwon is also a famous spot in Barishal. People of Barishal enjoy river view from here.  Also there are many small food carts. Whenever I go there I enjoy the view and mini singara, wedges, motka cha these are some of my favourite items from the carts.  There are also people who sells toys and other items.

 


 


 

A 3 star hotel in Barishal. Many tourists and Visitors stay here.And also the people of Barishal visit here during Eid and other occasions. The 2nd photo is the view from the balcony of this hotel. I visited the resturant of this hotel and saw this mesmerizing view from the balcony and captured it.

 


 

Bangabandhu Udyan is known as bell's park. Most common and famous spot of Barishal. Because the people of Barishal go there and enjoy the nature and chill with their family and friends here and many people also go there for walk and jogging. Also people of our age go there and enjoy velpuri, fuchka, juice. And this place is like a therapy for me whenever I go there I feel so fresh and happy.

 

These three spots are the common and famous spot for all the Barishailla peoples.Whenever I visit my hometown I never come back without visiting these spots. And also there is one more famous thing that is Launch. People always troll us by talking about launch.We used to travel a lot by launch when there was no Padma bridge. But it was the most comfortable journey. There are tv fridge bed in a cabin of a launch. But now we use bus because of Padma Bridge. And Barishal is also famous for a sweet name Roshogolla. U can find authenticate roshogolla's only in Barishal. They are really soft and yummy. You can also visit Kuakata sea beach (The daughter of sea) Here sunrise and sunset can be seen at a time. Also many people buys so many fresh fishes from the Bazars of Barishal because it is surrounded by rivers.last but not the least I am proud of my hometown andYou can call me a proud Barishailla. I invite all of you to visit my hometown once the all the misconceptions will be clear and all of you will get to know that how beautiful and clean a city can be.
